Engineering recruitment is its own discipline. The CAD package matters. The tolerance band matters. The certification standard matters. The wrong hire on a precision line can scrap a production batch. Generalist agencies firehose CVs and miss the technical signals.

Precision Recruitment Global was set up to fix that. We are a UK permanent recruitment partner with one belief at the centre of the desk: a hire only works if both sides feel cared for. The employer gets a brief taken seriously, a shortlist that meets the spec, and a consultant who knows the difference between a SolidWorks designer and a CATIA structures engineer. The candidate gets the truth about the role and the project, not a sales pitch.

  • Certification check (AS9100 / IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 awareness as relevant)
  • Tolerance / spec familiarity check (where role demands)
  • A structured technical conversation, scenario-tested

How we think about a placement

A successful placement is not a CV submission. It is the moment six months later when the new engineer is hitting tolerance, the audit is passing, and the project is on schedule. That is the only outcome that matters to us, and the only one we measure against.
