The brief, properly

A 30-45 minute briefing call. We capture the role, the CAD packages, the certifications, the tolerance band, the must-haves and the timeline. You get a written spec back to confirm.

PHASE 02

Targeted shortlist

We approach our network and active candidates, vet against CAD experience, certifications and project history, interview and rank. You receive a tight shortlist with our notes.

PHASE 03

Offer support and onboarding

We coordinate the offer, manage counter-offer pressure, line up the start date and check in at day 7, 30 and 90.

How quickly can you deliver a shortlist?
Most permanent engineering briefs receive their first shortlist within 5-7 working days. Senior or specialist briefs may take a fortnight, but we will tell you upfront. We never sit on a brief.
Do you screen for CAD packages and certifications?
Yes. For design and engineering roles we verify SolidWorks / CATIA / NX / AutoCAD / Inventor experience as relevant, plus AS9100 / IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 awareness. We capture this on the briefing call.
Are your fees percentage-based?
For permanent placements, yes, we work on a percentage of first-year base salary. The exact rate depends on level and discipline, agreed in writing before any candidate is introduced.
What does the replacement guarantee cover?
If a placed hire leaves or is dismissed within the agreed period, we will source a free replacement. The window is usually 8-12 weeks for most roles, longer for senior or chartered hires.
Can you support NPI or technology-transfer hiring?
Yes. NPI campaigns and tech-transfer hiring (multi-role, time-boxed) get a dedicated account lead and structured weekly check-ins.
